The Refurbishing Process
Refurbished Carts Are Available
Stage # 1
Inspect & replace wheels and casters. Standard refurbishment replaces 1-2 wheels & casters per cart. An option is available to replace all wheels and all casters.
Stage # 2
Bend carts back to their original manufactured position.
Stage # 3
Weld any broken or missing wires & tubing back into place.
Stage # 4
Power washing removes loose rust and dirt.
Stage # 5
Let dry and paint. A durable long lasting Acrylic Polyurethane 12 series two component coating is used on all refurbished carts. It is designed for interior and exterior exposures where long- term durability and high performance are required. High impact resistant. Excellent gloss retention and UV resistant.
Colors available to match existing e-coat or powder coatings.

Stage # 6
Install new handles, seats & seat belts.
Stage # 7
Final product ready for distribution.
